Exactly 400 yards on the left ( opposite village notice board & small village red post box ) White sign, Orchard Croft, drive up gravel drive and keep left into " Orchard Croft Lodge ".
From Chichester. From the A27, take the B1245 Road sign posted Hunston. After 3 miles, take the left hand turning into Lockgate Road, then next left into Boxham Lane. At the junction turn right into Rotton Row then first left into Highleigh Road.
